Pricing

A flat management fee. Ad spend stays separate.

Healthcare Marketing Partners manages advertising for US practices, with mental health at the center. Choose a scope that fits the platforms and practice locations involved, with monthly reporting around approved aggregate bookings—not inflated conversion counts.

Your practice pays advertising spend directly to Google or Meta. HMP's management fee is flat, not a percentage of that spend. Confirm the plan and scope in a written agreement before work begins.

Solo

For solo practitioners with an agreed, focused advertising scope.

$500

per month, flat

No setup fee

  • One ad platform (Google or Meta)
  • Privacy-first conversion tracking tied to real booked appointments
  • Monthly cost-per-booked-client report

Ad spend is additional and paid directly to the platform. Solo is not a promise of both platforms, multiple locations, or every possible reporting or implementation task. Confirm the account and tracking scope before starting.

Starter

$1,250per month, flat

plus $1,500 one-time setup fee

Ad spend billed separately, paid directly to Google or Meta.

  • Google OR Meta ads management for one practice location
  • Privacy-first conversion tracking tied to real booked appointments (setup included)
  • Monthly cost-per-booked-client report
  • Free ad account audit before you start
  • Month-to-month

For Starter, HMP recommends about $1,500–$2,500 per month in ad spend. That is an advertising-budget recommendation, not an HMP management fee, universal minimum, or guarantee of measurable results or appointment volume. Confirm the appropriate budget for the agreed account scope.

The $1,500 setup fee is additional to the monthly management fee. Ad spend is separate from both and is paid directly to Google or Meta. Month-to-month describes Starter; review the actual agreement for payment, notice, cancellation, and other terms rather than assuming a universal rule.

Growth

Custom quote

For Google AND Meta ads together, including scope involving multiple locations or clinicians. Use the written quote to confirm platforms, locations or clinician scope, permissions, tracking responsibilities, reporting, and fees.

Group Practice

Custom quote

For multi-location group practices. Define the locations, approved service lines, platforms, and reporting responsibilities before choosing the scope. A custom plan is not a blanket promise to advertise every clinician or provide every kind of practice-management service.

Keep management fees, setup, and advertising spend distinct

CostWhat it means
Monthly managementSolo: $500/month. Starter: $1,250/month. Growth and Group Practice: custom quote.
SetupSolo: no setup fee. Starter: $1,500 one-time setup fee. Custom-plan setup responsibilities and any charges belong in the quote.
Advertising spendAdditional client-paid budget, paid directly to Google or Meta. Not included in management or setup.

The management fee is not calculated as a percentage of ad spend. A scope change still needs a clear agreement; a flat fee is not a promise that every additional platform, location, or task is included forever.

What booked-client reporting means

A click, chat, or form submission is not automatically a distinct new client. Define reporting around gross distinct new-client bookings, cancellations, net booked new clients, attended appointments, and paid new clients under agreed attribution and reporting rules.

Your practice performs identity-level deduplication internally and provides approved business aggregates. Cost per net booked new client is client ad spend divided by the distinct net booked new-client count; management fees are separate. If there are no net bookings, the ratio does not produce a meaningful cost per booking. Booked, attended, and paid are not interchangeable, and the report is not a guarantee of collections, profit, or clinical outcomes.

Privacy is part of the design—not a certification

No patient-list uploads, patient targeting, health-based remarketing, or PHI in advertising pixels or URLs. No patient ledgers, personal appointment records, clinical notes, or EHR exports are needed for aggregate marketing reporting. Keep protected health information out of marketing and general-purpose chat tools.

The practice approves its website, scheduling and data-sharing configuration. Do not add advertising technology to authenticated, intake or scheduling workflows by default. Privacy-first describes a design approach requiring review; it is not a blanket HIPAA-compliance or security-certification claim. Never send account passwords or access codes through the audit form or chat.

The audit is free. Ongoing management is a separate decision.

The free audit concerns agreed available account information and provides plain-language findings. Confirm the review scope and authorized access separately. An inquiry does not authorize campaign or budget changes; do not send patient information.

An audit request does not grant account access, guarantee acceptance, or authorize paid work. Confirm review scope and authorized access first.

Questions about scope and pricing

Which plan includes both Google and Meta?

Growth is the custom-quote option for both platforms. Solo and Starter each cover one platform, not both. Do not assume that moving to both platforms carries the Solo or Starter price. Describe the business scope in the existing audit inquiry so the appropriate management discussion can follow.

Does Starter cover several locations?

Starter covers one practice location. Multi-location needs belong in a custom scope rather than an assumed Starter inclusion.

Is every plan month-to-month?

Starter is month-to-month. Do not assume the same term for Solo or custom scopes; the written agreement sets the applicable terms.

Does the price include ad spend?

No. Advertising spend is separate, client-paid directly to Google or Meta. Starter setup is also separate from its monthly management fee.

Are website builds, SEO programs, or clinical systems included?

Do not assume those services from an advertising-management plan. Only expressly agreed scope is included. This page does not offer EHR integrations or patient-level analytics.

Do I have to commit to management to request an audit?

No. The audit is free and does not commit you to paid management. Confirm the review scope and permissions separately.

Compare the scope, then decide.

Business details only. No patient information, passwords, or access codes through the public form or chat.
