Mental Health Marketing for US Practices

Mental health marketing should help the right prospective client understand a practice's services without exposing sensitive information or promising an outcome. Healthcare Marketing Partners provides flat-fee advertising management for US mental health practices, with reporting based on approved aggregate bookings.

Start with a free ad-account audit and plain-language findings about the available account information. Confirm the review scope and authorized permissions separately; savings or appointment outcomes are not promised.

Advertising shaped around the practice

A useful campaign begins with what the practice actually offers and can accommodate. That may include in-person therapy, telehealth in approved jurisdictions, psychiatry, group programs, or a particular clinical specialty. Campaigns should be organized around approved service lines, locations, scheduling capacity, and licensed service areas rather than a generic therapist template.

Ad copy should describe practical facts: who provides the service, how an appointment can be requested, where care is available, and what a prospective client should expect from the intake process. It should not suggest that treatment is right for everyone, diagnose the reader, or guarantee that a schedule will fill.

Privacy-first tracking is a design requirement

Mental health inquiries can reveal especially sensitive context. Campaign design therefore needs to minimize data before measurement begins. Privacy-first campaign design excludes patient-list uploads, restricted patient targeting, or remarketing based on a person's health-related activity. It does not place names, email addresses, phone numbers, appointment details, or clinical information in advertising URLs or pixels.

Tracking placement requires review. Authenticated portals, scheduling flows, intake forms, and other patient-facing pages are not appropriate places to add advertising technology by default. The practice remains responsible for approving its website, scheduling, and data-sharing configuration.

Privacy-first describes a design process, not a certification or a promise that a configuration is compliant in every jurisdiction.

Measure real booked clients, not every platform conversion

A chat start, button click, or consent-form submission is not automatically a new client. Booked-client reporting should distinguish:

  • Gross booked new clients: unique new-client appointments recorded by the practice under the agreed attribution rule.
  • Cancellations: booked appointments canceled before the reporting cutoff.
  • Net booked new clients: gross booked new clients minus cancellations in the reporting view.
  • Attended: appointments the practice marks completed.
  • Paid: new clients with collected service revenue under the practice's reporting rule.

The practice deduplicates people inside its own systems and supplies only approved business aggregates. HMP does not need patient names, contact details, clinical notes, or personal-level appointment exports for this report.

Cost per net booked new client is client ad spend divided by net booked new clients. Management fees are displayed separately so the denominator and cost basis remain clear. Booked, attended, and paid are never treated as interchangeable.

Plans and flat fees

  • Solo — $500 per month, with no setup fee. One ad platform: Google or Meta.
  • Starter — $1,250 per month plus a $1,500 one-time setup fee. Google or Meta ads management for one practice location.
  • Growth and Group Practice — custom quote.

The client pays advertising spend directly to the advertising platform. HMP's management fee is flat and never a percentage of ad spend. Any plan and scope must be confirmed in a signed agreement before work begins.

Start with a free ad-account audit

Request a free ad-account audit through the existing audit form. Describe the business question, not patient information. The review scope and authorized access are agreed separately; an inquiry does not authorize campaign changes or paid work.
