Agree what needs attention

Describe the advertising question in business terms and confirm the available account information. Campaign organization, spending, conversion definitions, or tracking may raise questions, but the actual review scope must be agreed. Do not include patient records or clinical details.

What you receive

For the agreed audit scope, the output is plain-language findings about the reviewed account information. Use them to decide which questions deserve further attention, without treating them as a forecast of savings or appointments.

The findings help separate observed account information from questions that need further investigation. Implementation and ongoing management are separate from the audit; no savings or appointment outcome is guaranteed.

Review scope and access are agreed separately

Submitting an audit request does not grant account access, authorize campaign or budget changes, launch advertising, move money, or authorize paid work. Do not grant access to patient systems.

Any later account permissions or supporting business information must be specifically agreed and authorized. Access should be limited to the specifically agreed review. Never paste a password, recovery code, or one-time code into the form or chat. Do not assume an automatic account connection or send administrative credentials to accelerate a review.

Business aggregates, not patient records

The practice retains identity-level records and performs any deduplication within its approved systems. Share only the authorized aggregate business information needed for the review. No patient names, contact details, appointment notes, clinical information, patient ledgers, or EHR exports. Keep protected health information out of marketing and general-purpose chat tools.

If an aggregate is small enough to identify someone, combine or withhold it as appropriate to the approved process. Do not upload patient lists, build health-based remarketing audiences, or place PHI in advertising pixels or URLs. Privacy-first describes a design approach, not a certification of every existing or future configuration.

Keep booked, attended, and paid distinct

Define reporting around gross distinct new-client bookings, cancellations, net booked new clients, attended appointments, and paid new clients. The practice supplies approved counts under agreed attribution and reporting rules; platform conversions are not automatically substituted for them.

Cost per net booked new client is client ad spend divided by the distinct net booked new-client count. Management fees are separate. If there are no net bookings, do not present a meaningful cost-per-booking figure. An audit can examine these definitions without requesting the records that identify the people behind the counts.

Free audit versus paid management

The free audit is an assessment, not ongoing campaign management or tracking implementation. Any paid work requires a separately agreed scope and applicable fees. Ad spend remains client-paid separately from management fees.

Review Solo, Starter, Growth and Group Practice if you want to understand the management options. Requesting the audit does not enroll your practice in a paid plan.

Questions before requesting a review

Is the audit free?

Yes. The ad-account audit is free. Paid management and any implementation are separate decisions with their own agreed scope and fees.

Does an audit request authorize campaign changes?

No. A request does not authorize campaign edits, budget changes, advertising activity, or payments.

What information should I put in the request?

Practice details, website, approximate ad-spend range, platforms used, and a short business-level description of what you want reviewed. Do not include patient information, account credentials, or access codes.

Does submitting the form guarantee a completed audit?

A request is the first step. The review scope, relevant account information, and authorized access must be confirmed before an audit proceeds. Do not treat a request as automatic acceptance or an authorization for other work.

Is this a promise of lower costs or more booked clients?

No. Findings describe the agreed review. They do not guarantee savings, bookings, attendance, payment, clinical outcomes, or the performance of future campaigns.

Start with the account, not patient information.
